Nice peppery Bak Kut Teh
Recipe adapt from the packaging and did some minor modification
(Serving for 3pax)
- 600g pork ribs
- 200g small intestine (optional)
- 12 pcs of garlic
- 1500ml water
- 1 can of button mushroom
- 10pcs of pork meat ball
- 1 pack of enoki mushroom
- 1.5 teaspoon of dark soya sauce ( optional)
- 1.5 teaspoon of light soya sauce.
1) Blanch the pork ribs & small intestine in boil water.
2) Boil 1500ml water in a pot. Once boil, add one sachet of song Fa Bak Kut teh spices, the pork ribs, intestine, garlics, button mushroom and simmer under low fire for 60mins
3) After 60mins, add in 1.5teaspoon of dark soya sauce and 1.5teaspoon of light soya sauce.
4) Add in pork balls & enoki mushrooms. Once boils, it's is ready to serve!
