A fuss free meal - Seafood Aglio olio

Aglio olio is western version of fried noodles. This dish cannot go without garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper. By adding in seafood, it adds sweetness & flavor to it. Here is my way of my simple Seafood Aglio olio that you can easily prepare it within 20mins. 

Seafood Aglio olio
(Serving for 2-3pax)
  • 250g cooked spaghetti
  • 12pcs of medium size shrimp, shell removed
  • 4 scallops, halves it
  • 200g brown mushrooms, sliced it
  • A handful of baby French beans (optional) 
  • 3 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & black pepper to taste
