Salted egg Custard Moon cake ~ 奶皇酥月饼
(Made total about 24pcs of mooncake, I using 50g mooncake mould)
Salted egg custard
Recipe reference from Moonmoon Kitchen but modification by Taglicious
(Prepare 24pcs of 30g custard ea)
Ingredients:
- 54g Cake flour
- 54g Parmesan cheese powder (Grind it into powder)
- 54g Milk powder
- 40g caster sugar
- 90ml condensed milk
- 15ml milk
- 2 egg yolk
- 200ml coconut milk
- 132g butter, soften
- 3 salted egg, steam and cut into small pcs
Cheesy Mooncake skin
(Prepare 24pcs of 32g skin dough ea)
Ingredients:
- 85g caster sugar
- 195g butter, soften
- 33g eggs
- 38g condensed milk
- 378g Cake flour
- 25g Parmesan cheese powder (Grind it into powder)
Egg wash:
- 1 egg yolk
