Ingredients needed:
- 250g of plain flour
- 90ml of liquid (1 egg+water)

Zha Jiang Mian [醡酱面]

(Serving for 2-3 persons)
Ingredients needed:
- 160g minced pork
- 80g soaked chinese mushrooms (chopped to minced it)
- 2 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 170ml of water
- mix 3 tablespoon of oyster sauce+0.5 tablespoons of light soya sauce+ 1 teaspoon of sesame oil+ some pepper)
- 3pcs of small rock sugar
- corn starch (1.5tablespoon of corn flour + some water)
Others items needed:
- 1 cucumber, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 300g of fresh homemade Egg noodle
