A bowl of Fried Rice

My mum's fried rice is well liked among us and her grandchildren. 姜还是老的辣! She told me cooking a bowl of nice fried rice, the rice cannot be too soggy & the wok must be very hot during the stir frying. Tonight, I adopted her method! Yes, I can say it really taste so much nicer than my normal fried rice. However, remember to keep frying and beware of the HOT wok.
Give it a try. U can whip out a nice bowl of fried rice at home too within 10mins (exclude the cooking of rice & preparation).
