Homemade Pandan Juice

I love to make my pandan juice to make Pandan cake if time permits. Fresh Pandan leaves can be found easily in supermarket / wet market in Singapore. Why not make some in advance for your bakes in future? It tastes even better! Trust me!

Homemade Pandan Juice
Things needed:
  • A handful of fresh Pandan leave
  • 100ml of water

Steps
  1. Rinse the Pandan leaves properly. 
  2. Cut the Pandan leaves into small pcs (1 inches)
  3. Put the small pcs of Pandan leaves into a blender and add in the water.
  4. Blend till it is well combined and smooth.
  5. Use a sieve to seperate the residue and juice. Throw away the residue and keep the juice.
  6. Tada ~ Your fresh Pandan juice is ready.

** Please keep the Pandan juice in the fridge.
** Due to no preservative, it can only keep in the fridge up to 7 days.

These Juice are good for making NASI LEMAK too!
