A Sushi toy

My kids had been eyeing on my toy for a long time! A thoughtful colleague that know I love cooking and she got me this sushi maker during Christmas 3 years ago! She is right! She said Enqi and I sure to enjoy it.

Finally opened up my toy for them to make sushi today! The kids had so much fun and requested me to make it again soon.  Roll roll roll, let it roll round and round into sushi! Yum!

Hee Hee, I got another box of dumpling maker toy and going to keep it till I have chance to play it.

The sushi kit & I prepared some basic ingredients.

Super Easy Mini Hamburger Pizza

Good morning! It's Friday! Woohoo! For a working Mum, I looking forward to the day. Haha! 

Back to topics, I made these mini hamburger pizza for my kids recess & breakfast! It's so easy! 

First cut the hamburger buns into halves. Spread with mayo & tomato ketchup. Add mini tomatoes, ham & crabsticks. Top with a lot of mozzarella cheese. Baked it for 15mins under 180C or till the top is brown. Anyway you can add in any topping as per your preference. 

Great idea for lil kid's recess box

Assemble & pop them into oven to bake!
