Sardine Fried Rice

Want a quick yet healthy meal in 15 mins? All you need is a can of AYAM BRAND Sardine in Extra Virgin Olive oil, 2 eggs, some cooked rice, some spring onions, salt & pepper. Yes! Simple ingredients can produce good nutritious dish to your family! It is not fishy yet a great source of OMEGA 3 for my loved ones! I am going to stock up MORE cans of AYAM BRAND Sardines for busy days. You confirm CAN lah too!

Sardine Fried Rice
(Make 2 servings)


Ingredients
  • 2 bowls cooked rice
  • 1 can AYAM BRAND Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 stalk spring onions
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 clove sliced shallot
  • Salt & Black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, pan fried it with some oil and served on top of the fried rice 
Steps
  1. Use the olive oil from can to pan fried the sardines till crispy. Scoop the sardines out from the pan for later use.
  2.  Use the same pan, sauteed the shallot & garlic till brown.
  3. Add in the cooked rice and stir fry well.
  4. Add in the sardines, salt, pepper & spring onions and stir fry well. Sardines break into small pcs very easily, don't worry about the bones. It's harmless. 
  5. Dish out and serve with sunny up egg & more spring onions. Yummy!
