Sardine Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 bowls cooked rice
- 1 can AYAM BRAND Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 stalk spring onions
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 clove sliced shallot
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, pan fried it with some oil and served on top of the fried rice
Steps
- Use the olive oil from can to pan fried the sardines till crispy. Scoop the sardines out from the pan for later use.
- Use the same pan, sauteed the shallot & garlic till brown.
- Add in the cooked rice and stir fry well.
- Add in the sardines, salt, pepper & spring onions and stir fry well. Sardines break into small pcs very easily, don't worry about the bones. It's harmless.
- Dish out and serve with sunny up egg & more spring onions. Yummy!
