Aglio olio is western version of fried noodles. This dish cannot go without garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper. By adding in seafood, it adds sweetness & flavor to it. Here is my way of my simple Seafood Aglio olio that you can easily prepare it within 20mins.
Seafood Aglio olio
(Serving for 2-3pax)
- 250g cooked spaghetti
- 12pcs of medium size shrimp, shell removed
- 4 scallops, halves it
- 200g brown mushrooms, sliced it
- A handful of baby French beans (optional)
- 3 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & black pepper to taste
