Tomorrow wholemeal buns to go with pumpkin soup for breakfast!
Wholemeal buns
(Make 9pcs)
Ingredients
- 210g of milk
- 30g wholemeal flour
- 270g bread flour
- 30g sugar
- 2g salt
- 3g instant yeast
- 15g olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed(optional)
Steps:
- Knead everything with bread maker/mixer/hand till window pane stage/dough become smooth
- Proof for 1 hr (1st proof)
- Shape it into 50g roll
- Proof for 1 hr again (2nd proof)
- Bake for 20-25mins at 180c
