Wholemeal buns

Tomorrow wholemeal buns to go with pumpkin soup for breakfast!

Wholemeal buns 
(Make 9pcs)
  • 210g of milk
  • 30g wholemeal flour
  • 270g bread flour
  • 30g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 3g instant yeast
  • 15g olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed(optional)
  1. Knead everything with bread maker/mixer/hand till window pane stage/dough become smooth
  2. Proof for 1 hr (1st proof)
  3. Shape it into 50g roll
  4. Proof for 1 hr again (2nd proof)
  5. Bake for 20-25mins at 180c
